POWER FOR WHAT MATTERS

Your home keeps going.
Plan its power.

Tell us what you need to keep running during an outage. Set hourly schedules, explore solar recharge and see what still needs checking before you choose a backup system.

ONE THING AT A TIME

What each result means

01

Energy · Wh

How much electricity your appliances use over the chosen period. It is the basis for sizing a battery.

02

Power · W

How much electricity they need at the same time. Motors can demand an extra surge when they start.

03

Compatibility

Besides energy and power, voltage, frequency, connections and protection matter. Missing data is flagged.

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

A first version to help you plan better.

Home Energy Advisor is an independent pilot project for the US residential market. You can explore documented power stations and compare consumption scenarios. The catalog is limited and its data keeps the date and source of each review.

How we get the results

We use the loads and schedules you enter, the visible simulation assumptions and documented manufacturer specifications. Solar generation, when available, is a typical-weather estimate, not a forecast. A favorable result does not certify an electrical installation. Connecting to a home panel requires review by a qualified professional.

Offers and affiliate links

HEA does not sell products or take payments. Purchases happen at the seller's store, which sets price, availability, shipping and warranty. Pilot prices are dated observations and may have changed.

Each offer review shows whether it is a direct link with no commission or an active affiliate link. In the latter case HEA may earn a commission on an eligible purchase. The technical comparison does not use commission amounts to rank equipment.

Your data in this version

When you create an account, HEA stores your email and a hash of your password. Plans and recommendations you choose to save are linked to your account. The session stays in this page's memory; after reloading you need to sign in again.

The service is hosted on Render and stores its data in Supabase. These providers process the requests and technical data needed to run the service. If you request a solar simulation, its location and technical parameters are sent to the PVWatts provider. External stores apply their own policies.

This pilot does not yet offer password recovery or self-service account deletion. Avoid entering sensitive information in appliance or scenario names.
